The Rose Garden is our allocated area to exercise but for ease meeting point is next to the Bowling Green and walk across.

Buggy Park Fitness sessions meet by the Tennis Courts.

Outdoor Exercise Class Information:

Available to book as an Invigor8 member or pay and play basis. 

OUTDOOR EXERCISE CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE TO BOOK HERE

  All sessions are FREE with an Invigor8 membership or £6.10 (£2 Run session) on a Pay and Play basis.

All classes must be pre-booked.

When Booking Online for a class, please be aware the session is assigned to the closest centre.

Birkenhead Park = Europa, Ashton Park = West Kirby Concourse, Floral Pavilion = Guinea Gap
