Booking and Payment Information
Book and pay for activities and facilities across Active Wirral leisure centres, golf courses, West Kirby Marine lake and outdoor locations across Wirral.
Bookings
Activities and facility hire must be booked and paid in advance. Customers must register an account with Active Wirral and use this account for all bookings, payments, subscriptions, transactions etc.
Register an account online
Accounts can be created online at https://wirral.xnlcloud.com/lhweb/en/public/Home at a centre or on the telephone: 0151 606 2010.

Activities and facility bookings can be made without an Invigor8 membership but all customers must be registered.

Collecting your Invigor8 card
When you register for booking online or by phone you will need to pick up your Invigor8 card. You will need to bring one form of ID to prove your identity/Age and one form for proof of residency:
- Driving licence
- Bus pass
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- Utility Bill
Payments
Payment by credit or debit card is required at the time of booking online or over the phone
Advance bookings
Invigor8 members can make bookings up to a maximum of eight days in advance. Current booking rights include 7 days prior for all Invigor8 Saver, Invigor8 Daytime and casual bookings, 8 days prior for Invigor8 Standard, Plus, Inclusive, Family, Teen and Single site members.
Non-members can make bookings up to a maximum of seven days in advance.
Block bookings cannot be made online. Booking requests must be submitted on a Block Booking form and returned to a leisure centre by email leisureblockbookings@wirral.gov.uk or in person.
A small number of sessions cannot be booked online including specialist courses and lessons, corporate and student subscriptions. Please purchase in person or by calling 0151 606 2010.
Multiple bookings
There is no limit to the number of casual bookings you can make as long as all bookings are confirmed by payments (where applicable).
Invigor8 members may book one discounted court per day with a subscription and must be playing on the court during the booking. Uusal T’s and C’s apply.
Class bookings must not overlap by any times (see Booking policy).
Cancellations
Invigor8 Members can cancel/transfer online, by phone or at centre the activity is booked.
Registered users/Pay as you Go, cannot cancel/transfer bookings online, to do this please call our team on 0151 606 2010 or visit the centre you are booked at.
You may be refunded if cancellations are received a minimum of 24 hours before booking start time. You can transfer to a different class up to 12 hours before.
