A ladies only, informal, sociable watersports sessions delivered by female members of our watersports team. A couple of friendly hours on the water building both skills and confidence and followed by coffee and chat. Wetsuits and buoyancy aids provided. Everyone develops at their own pace in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Beginners are always welcome and a number of ladies go on to gain formal RYA sailing awards. Based on weather forecasts we may offer windsurfing, paddlesports and powerboat tasters.

“LWL” is essentially a seasonal group but a real highlight for us has been to see how friendships have developed; members of the group have continued to meet to walk or cycle during the winter months – the only rule is that coffee and cake is on the agenda.

Ladies who may be interested in joining are more than welcome; please connect with us on social media or contact the Watersports Centre Team for more details.
